About the job
The Connected TV Marketing team works on YouTube TV, NFL sunday ticket, and YouTube Primetime Channels, in addition to YouTube"s carriage of live sports, for example the NFL game that YouTube broadcasted globally in September 2025. We are a collection of strategists, growth marketers, and product marketers who focus on growing these businesses for YouTube and Google.
As a Subscriptions Marketing Manager for YouTube's Connected TV (CTV) team, you are the strategist driving growth across our subscription products. You will operate at the intersection of business, product, and marketing, synthesizing inputs from cross-functional centers of excellence (COEs) to define the long-term trajectory of our CTV business. You will act as the primary architect of the strategy that binds our various product and marketing workstreams. By leveraging deep analytical excellence, you translate market dynamics into a cohesive growth roadmap, ensuring that our ecosystem is optimized for scale, profitability, and participant advantage. You will serve as the connective tissue within the organization guiding investment prioritization, pressure-testing business cases, and framing decisions that leadership uses to navigate the evolving streaming landscape. Your role requires the mindset of a consultant who can distill ambiguity into clarity, influence executive stakeholders across the organization, and serve as the strategic compass for the future of TV on YouTube.
Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google"s products solve the world"s problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $116000 - $166000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Evaluate new bundling and pricing opportunities across the suite of YouTube subscriptions, partnering with business development, finance, and product.
Lead the CTV strategic roadmap, synthesizing cross-functional inputs into a cohesive CTV narrative to drive investment prioritization and leadership decision-making.
