Seeking a Subcontracts Administrator for pipeline construction projects, primarily based in Anchorage, Alaska, with occasional travel to remote sites like the North Slope.
In this role, you will manage high-value subcontracts, lead negotiations, ensure compliance, and monitor contractor performance across safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
You will support subcontractor prequalification, prepare and execute contracts, review invoices, and collaborate with project teams to align subcontracting activities.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in contract management within engineering or construction, strong negotiation skills, and familiarity with remote project logistics.
