    ## Responsibilities

    • Develops, negotiates and administers subcontracts of moderate dollar value, risk, and complexity, consistent with client requirements and procurement policies/procedures.
    • Creates complex solicitations, supports proposals, conducts price and cost analysis, negotiates price/cost and price/cost related terms and other subcontract provisions.
    • Works on assignments that are of moderate to high complexity, where analysis of routine and non-routine data is required. Exercises independent judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
    • Typically places or works on subcontracts valued at up to $100,000. May work on subcontracts of higher value with oversight from more senior level staff.
    • Works with other program staff to ensure compliance with required performance. May recommend improvements to processes and procedures.
    • Responsible for the technical direction, leadership, training, and may supervise and serve as a mentor for less experienced staff.
    • Regularly Interacts with other procurement organization staff, functional peer groups, suppliers and internal customers. May interact with senior management.
    • Requires knowledge and experience, and the ability to perform non routine job requirements, within the scope of the position, with minimal assistance. May determine methods and procedures on non-routine assignments and provide guidance to other personnel.
    • Requires knowledge of business principles such as procurement business and contract law, finance and accounting.

    ## Qualifications

    • Bachelors Degree is required.
    • Minimum 2+ years experience in supply chain management, subcontracts/procurement or similar role.
