Beechmont Subaru is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Subaru Trade Up Advantage Coordinator to help drive incremental sales opportunities while supporting customer retention and inventory acquisition.
This role is responsible for proactively connecting with our current sales and service customers to identify equity opportunities, schedule appointments, and help customers explore trading into a newer Subaru. This position plays an important part in supporting the Subaru Love Promise while creating a strong customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect current sales and service customer databases to identify trade-up opportunities
Engage customers by phone, email, and CRM follow-up regarding their current vehicle equity position
Schedule in-store appointments for customers interested in upgrading their vehicle
Work closely with the sales team to support trade-up and retention efforts
Identify conquest opportunities within the service drive
Track all customer activity and follow-up in the CRM
Assist in estimating vehicle values and reviewing payment options with customers
Help manage outbound communication before and after service visits
Support marketing efforts directed toward customers in a positive equity position
Represent the dealership in a way that supports our culture and the Subaru Love Promise
Qualifications
Highly motivated and self-directed
Strong communication and phone skills
Organized with solid time management habits
Customer experience focused
Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office products
Prior automotive, BDC, sales, or customer service experience is a plus
Experience with data mining or equity mining tools is a plus
