WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Sub Assembly Technician, you will play a key role on our Assembly Team.In this position, you will learnhow to assemble both small and large aircraft components on the production line. This role includes working with sealants, bonding adhesives, and various assembly tools to ensure high-quality workmanship. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and being part of a team that builds high-quality aircraft. No prior experience is requiredwe provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in the role.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble small and large aircraft components according to work instructions and specifications
  • Work with sealants, bonding adhesives, and other assembly materials
  • Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety and quality standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills
  • Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is helpful
  • Previous assembly, maintenance, or repair experience is a plus
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and assembly procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Dependable, reliable, and committed to workplace safety
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and organized
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and move throughout the facility for the majority of the shift
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
  • Ability to lift materials and equipment as required

COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE

Monday Friday
7:30 a.m. 4:00 p.m.

Starting Pay: $21.70/hour
