Full Time Nights or Part Time Evenings | $33 - 45.75/hr (Pay based on experience)

Pool/PRN | Must be available to work Nights | Pay rate $47.61

PLUS Shift Premiums including $3.50 for Evening Shifts & $2.50 for Night Shifts & additional $1 Shift Differential for Weekends!

Located within a long-term care setting, our rehab unit is focused on helping residents recover and return to their original placement - whether that's home or a community-based setting. Our Sub-Acute/Rehabilitation RN: is responsible for the following:

• Monitors nursing care by visiting residents routinely to insure continuity and continual evaluation of care as related to I.D.C.P. and physician's orders.
• Assesses transitional care patient's condition and nursing care needs.
• Assures that medications, treatments and care are being provided as ordered or specified on I.D.C.P.
• Maintains appropriate documentation of nursing observations, including follow-up documentation in medical record in accordance with acceptable medical standards of practice.
• Prepares equipment and assists physician during rounds or special treatments and examinations of residents.
• Provides direct resident care and transports residents to activities and appointments as time permits.
• Answers call light promptly. Performs glucometer readings, EKGs and other testing as needed.

What You Need as aSub-Acute/Rehabilitation RN:

• RN Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
• Current RN licensure by the PA State Board of Nursing
• CPR Certification prior to or upon employment required
• Prefer previous acute or subacute experience
