Tootsies–Houston is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Stylist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional with a passion for fashion and a proven track record in sales. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
This is a full-time, commissioned position (40 hours per week) with a flexible schedule, including Saturdays and occasional evening events.
As a Stylist at Tootsies, you will:
Greet and acknowledge all customers, ensuring a welcoming and positive shopping experience.
Assist and balance multiple customers simultaneously, providing exceptional service.
Consistently meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
Participate in and support store events.
Develop and foster long-term relationships with clients.
Contribute to the overall success of the team and store.
Qualifications:
3+ years of previous sales experience; luxury environment preferred.
Previous experience working in a commissioned sales environment.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal clientele.
Strong organizational skills and basic computer proficiency.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Professionalism, courtesy, and a friendly demeanor are essential.
Maintain a fashionable, styled appearance each day.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
