Unbeatable Pay

• Make the kind of money that'll have your scissors doing backflips:You'll earn an uncapped commission starting at 40% and climb to 55% or get a guaranteed minimum wage. You'll always take home whichever is higher!We reward performance weekly, so the more you bring in, the more you take home - simple, fair, and fully in your hands. Our Barbers and Stylists usually take home an average of $33.50 – $66/hour (yep, you read that right). Your earnings can soar as high as your skills allow!

YOUR VITAL ROLE AS OUR STYLIST - BARBER:

You'll connect with your clients, foster relationships, and make every visit an experience they can't wait to repeat. You'll use your cosmetology skills to deliver everything from classic fades to creative color, adding that "wow" factor with lather neck shaves and shoulder massages. And because our shops are always buzzing, your craft will keep evolving faster than a social media trend.

WHAT IT TAKES TO JOIN OUR TEAM:

• Active Colorado barber or cosmetology license
• Passion for customer service and bringing joy to others
• Strong work ethic and a motivation to do an excellent job
• Reliability, punctuality, and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, push, and pull 25 lbs.
• Ability to work weekends and nights to meet client availability
