Studio Manager
Kelly Wearstler Studio is seeking a driven, operationally sharp Studio Manager to be the engine behind our day-to-day studio life. This role spans studio operations, concierge management, HR coordination, recruiting support, and executive support in a fast-moving creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own daily studio operations and ensure the space is guest-ready each morning.
- Manage vendors, facilities, supplies, maintenance requests, mail and packages.
- Coordinate IT support and serve as internal point of contact for tech access and troubleshooting.
- Support budgets and operational documentation.
- Serve as day-to-day operator of Airtable, Paylocity, Notion, Slack and HubSpot.
- Manage inbound studio communications and guest experience.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration and HR coordination.
- Coordinate recruiting workflows, scheduling and candidate communications.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in Studio Management, Office Management or similar operations role.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience with HR operations and recruiting coordination preferred.
- Comfort with systems and automation tools including Airtable, Zapier and Notion.
- Professional, discreet, resourceful and highly detail oriented.
- Experience in luxury, design or lifestyle environments strongly preferred.

The salary range for this position is $80K - $110K annually.
