Shape the future of digital entertainment at Prime Video, one of the world"s leading transactional video-on-demand (TVOD) services. As a Studio Account Manager, you"ll lead strategic partnerships and licensing negotiations with Independent Distributors and Television Networks to bring diverse premium content to millions of Prime Video customers worldwide. This role combines content negotiations, new business development, and P&L ownership to drive growth in our global TVOD business.

Role Summary: Within TVOD, the Account Management & Content Acquisition team owns the relationships with key studios across licensing and partner management. As a Studio Account Manager, you will own the strategy and tracking of our studio-facing commercial programs and initiatives, as well as individual studio account management. This role will also own partner management for key US Major Studios, as well as licensing and partner management for a number of Independent Film studios and distributors. There is scope for partner management to extend to additional Major US studios over time.

Key job responsibilities

  • End to End licensing and account management for Independent Film studios and TV networks.
  • Partner management and operations for key US Major Studios, including overall partner P&L management, growth, and business insights.
  • Ownership of new title release workflows.
  • Driving adoption of new asset specifications with studio partners, working closely with Partner Operations Management (POM) and Digital Supply Chain teams to ensure partners deliver assets on time and within Prime Video specifications.
  • Leveraging GenAI tooling to scale partner management activities, including automating reporting, streamlining partner communications, and accelerating data-driven insights across the studio portfolio.
  • Partnering with the Ads team to develop advertising sales strategies for Home Entertainment, maximizing title revenue across windows.
  • Working collaboratively with Creative Directors and Marketing Managers to ensure the full creative asset set is delivered and managed throughout the lifecycle of a campaign.
  • Ensuring correct pricing and costing execution across the service and develop new pricing models to maximize priority KPIs.
