Job Description:

Data Processors are responsible for processing all domestic high school transcripts, entering data in the STARS software, and ensuring accuracy of all application materials on each student's application file.

Students are expected to work IN OFFICE for 10 hours per week and starting wage is $11 per hour.

What we do:

  • Enter information from incoming domestic high school transcript for applicants.
  • Audit documents to ensure they are on the correct student as well as indexed correctly.
  • Complete all other assignments given by the student supervisors or coordinator.

Minimum requirements:

Applicants must have attended a US domestic high school .

  • The hours are Monday - Thursday from 7:30 AM-6 PM and Friday from 7:30AM - 5 PM
  • Each Data Processor is required to work a minimum of 10 hours per week.
  • During academic times, a student is allowed to work up to 20 hours per week with prior supervisor approval.
  • During non-academic times, students may work up to 40 hours per week with prior supervisor approval.
  • Training and most working hours will be in person at the Clifton Robinson Tower.
  • Transportation is a student's responsibility
