Job Description: Purpose: The School of Engineering and Computer Science is looking for engaging ECS majors to serve as support staff within ECS. The Office Assistants will serve as the face of the ECS Dean''s Suite, through providing excellent customer service, administrative support, and event participation and planning.Expectations: ECS Dean''s Office Assistants will support the office with administrative tasks, as well as communication with students, faculty, staff, and prospective students/parents. Specific job functions and expectations are listed below. Requirements:ECS Undergraduate Programs Office Assistants must maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPAMaintain a professional and respectful demeanorMust be an ECS majorMust be in good standing with the UniversityJob responsibilities:Project a professional image in all interactions with students, faculty, staff, and university guests.
