General Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Specialized Transportation Director, the Transportation Training Manager will provide supervisory and administrative support for all aspects of the ESD 112 Training Academy. The Training Manager will play a key role in managing the driver training program at ESD 112. In addition, the Manager will oversee the expansion of the Training Academy to provide training services to our regional school district partners.
Salary:
The full annual salary range is $81,265.60 - $98,883.20. Offers are made at the entry level of the range.
Assignment:
The person in this role will work full-time, year-round.
Regular attendance required: This role relies on regular and reliable attendance to ensure consistency for our students and help support a positive, productive learning environment.

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or G.E.D.
Three years of transportation experience in any combination of driving, training, routing, or dispatching.
Experience as a School Bus Driver.
Hold a valid Washington State Class A or B commercial drivers license with "S" and "P" endorsements and a valid Washington State School Bus Driver Authorization.
Hold, or obtain within agreed upon timeline after hire, a Certificate of Completion of OSPIs School Bus Driver Trainer Course and the mandated OSPI annual Driver Trainer In-Service.
Experience interpreting safety standards, laws, codes, rules, regulations, policies and procedures related to student transportation.
Experience using Microsoft Office and database software.
