Reporting to the Senior Student Success Advisor, Student Success Advisors (SSAs) deliver dependable and proactive support, guidance, and referrals to their designated advisees. SSAs work collaboratively with college faculty, staff, external agencies, and other college and universities to ensure comprehensive student support. This approach enables students to benefit from proactive advising, personalized academic planning, and holistic personal development. SSAs are committed to empowering all students, particularly those deemed at-risk, through purposeful and meaningful interactions that prioritize student-centered learning and success. Additionally, advisors manage student cases diligently, maintaining strict adherence to relevant laws, policies, and regulations.
