Position Summary
Winston-Salem State University's Research Center of Excellence is a large, grant-funded data collection operation undertaking in-depth research into eviction and other forms of displacement in North Carolina. The Student Research Coordinator will directly manage and support the work of undergraduate research assistants as they collect data on evictions, foreclosures, and other housing issues in North Carolina. This is a time-limited position, offering benefits, and will run through September 2027, with the possibility of a one-year extension.
Responsibilities of the Student Research Coordinator include:
Development and Facilitation of Undergraduate Research Curriculum
Monitoring and Participating in Data Collection
Meeting with Students
Coordination of Student Payments and Travel
