Description

This research assistant is responsible for continued computer-vision workflow development as part of an end-to-end experimental process.

Examples of Duties

• Use available finfish video data to implement AI software tools (e.g., SLEAP.ai, BioTracker, etc.) - which utilize deep machine learning and computer vision technologies
• Develop & calibrate models emphasizing client-responsive software engineering and reproductible research outputs (e.g., exploratory tracking data visualization).
