Provides tutoring to individual students and small groups of students. Share study and learning strategies to promote independent learning in areas of English grammar mechanics content organization brainstorming critical thinking analysis MLAAPA Style documentation research formatting and many other writing-related skills.
Works collaboratively with other tutors and communicates regularly with the Learning Center staff.
Participates in training workshops before and during the semester to obtain College Reading & Learning Association CRLA certification.
