    Job Summary

    The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for a Student Leadership Programs Student Worker. The Student Leadership Programs Student Worker will assist the Associate Director of Student Leadership Programs with year-round logistics and programmatic elements related to student leadership programs at UNG. This work will include administrative work, assessment, communication, marketing, and program planning. This position is geared toward an involved student leader looking to strengthen their leadership development in the process of positively influencing leadership programs for all UNG students.

    Responsibilities

    1 -

    Assist Associate Director of Student Leadership Programs with various program logistics.

    Provide administrative support to the BOLD Program and CliftonStrengths.

    Represent and Promote Leadership Programs at on-campus events.

    Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase student participation in leadership programming.

    Assist with assessment projects that will improve leadership programs at UNG.

    Provide customer service while in the Center for Student Engagement & Leadership when necessary.

    Uniform required as CSEL Student Worker; Employer will provide.

    Required Qualifications

    Educational Requirements

    Must be enrolled at the University of North Georgia in a minimum of six (6) credit hours to qualify as a student worker

    Preferred Qualifications

    Preferred Experience

    Experience with event planning preferred.

    Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

    ABILITIES

    Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.

    Knowledge of UNG Connect and Canva online platforms preferred.

    Ability to work in an office setting and on office-based tasks (computer, written communication, etc). Ability to communicate in front of large groups of people.

    Ability to work on projects with minimal supervision; self-initiative.

    Ability to effectively manage multiple project

    This is not a supervisory position.

    This position does not have any financial responsibilities.

    This position will not be required to drive.

    This role is not considered a position of trust.

    This position does not require a purchasing card (P-Card).

    This position will not travel

    This position does not require security clearance.
