ECU Department of ITCS Client Support - Pirate Techs Technology Support Center is currently seeking Student Technicians.

The student technicians are responsible for assisting ECU students, faculty, and staff with walk-in technology support requests and also provide Pirate ID account support.

Our student technicians provide assistance with:

  • Pirate ID account support - account activation, password resets, MFA support
  • Installing / troubleshooting ECU-supported software
  • Troubleshooting connectivity to ECU's wired and wireless networks
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Identifying and removing malware

Students should be reliable, outgoing, strong team players, motivated, and should be able to take direction.

Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.)

Experience with both Windows and macOS operating systems is preferred.

Excellent customer service skills are preferred.
