POSITION SUMMARY
This position coordinates Hamline's student employment program as part of the university's commitment to career preparation, post-graduation readiness, and student success. The Coordinator supports students, supervisors, and campus partners by maintaining clear procedures, strengthening supervisor resources, supporting Handshake use, and helping students connect campus employment to career readiness.
The role works with on-campus and approved off-campus partners and handles confidential student information in accordance with FERPA and institutional expectations.

This position does not supervise regular employees. The position may provide day-to-day task direction to student workers assigned to related administrative projects.

Budget Range: This position is not responsible for managing a budget. The role may support communication related to work-study award usage and student employment spending in partnership with Financial Aid, Student Payroll, and campus departments.

This is a full-time, exempt, 1.0 FTE position that requires 40 hours a week, 12 months a year.
Primary work location is Hamline University's Saint Paul campus.
