Nature & Purpose of Position
This is a College Work Study (CWS) position. Therefore, candidates must be awarded Work Study funding. The CWS student employee will provide direct professional assistance to office staff, the department chair, faculty and students. This includes being the first point of contact for all visitors to the office. Student must be organized, punctual, detailed-oriented, self-motivated and able to maintain workplace confidentiality.
Other Requirements for the Position
General clerical work such as filing, inventory checks, supply management, and data input will be required. The ability to use office machines: computer, copier, scanner, and fax. Student must possess ability to use Microsoft Office suite and use the Outlook Calendar.
Our office is open Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. This position will be for the Summer 2026, starting as soon as May 18th.
Must be taking a minimum of 6 credit hours for the entire Summer 2026 semester.
