Nature & Purpose of Position

Responsible for assisting with website quality assurance, web content management, and digital communications projects in support of the College of Education's communications and marketing efforts.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assists with updating and maintaining College of Education websites, ensuring content is accurate, accessible, and aligned with university standards.
  • Supports website quality assurance by testing webpages, links, forms, and digital content for functionality, consistency, and user experience.
  • Assists with organizing, publishing, and managing web and digital content to support communications, marketing, and recruitment initiatives.
  • Supports the creation of digital communications materials, including web graphics, social media assets, and other visual content as needed; graphic design experience is a plus.
  • Assists the communications team with web, digital communications, and special projects as assigned.
  • Assists with college events, and other duties as assigned

Other Requirements for the Position

Familiarity with web technologies, digital publishing tools, and graphic design experience are preferred. We encourage any portfolios to be submitted.
