More than 8,500 diverse student learners are provided an exceptional education experience throughout the districts early learning center, six elementary schools (K- Grade 5) including both French and Spanish Immersion programs, two middle schools (Grades 6-8), a high school (9-12), and the Edina Virtual Pathway online program.
POSITION: Student Behavior and Culture Coordinator (1-Year Grant-Funded Position)

SUMMARY:
With the focus to support and advance the Edina Public Schools mission, vision, and core values, the Student Behavior and Culture Coordinator delivers educational excellence while preparing all students to realize their full potential. Aligned with our strategic priority to "Ensure an Equitable and Inclusive School Culture," this position works collaboratively with school administrators, teachers, students, and families to develop and implement equitable disciplinary practices that support positive school climate and reduce exclusionary discipline. The coordinator embodies our core values of integrity, compassion, courage, commitment, appreciation, and responsibility while supporting our vision for each and every student to discover their possibilities and thrive.
HOURS PER DAY: 8 hours/day
DAILY SCHEDULE: 7:30am - 4:00pm, M-F
DAYS PER YEAR: 260 (12-month position)
RATE OF PAY:
The salary for this position ranges from $86,939 to $102,099, depending on experience and qualifications. New hires will typically start at the entry-level rate within the salary range, while candidates with relevant experience may be placed at a higher starting rate, up to the maximum of the salary range. Salary decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis, considering the individuals experience and the districts budget.
