Your role will ensure that all needs are met and the highest standards of service are maintained. Anticipated start date in May.Key Responsibilities:* Manage inventory to minimize waste and maintain high valuation.* Supervise staff to ensure they are on task and quality standards are met, maintaining a clean and organized operation.* Ensure signage is current and accurate.* Collaborate with sport nutritionists, culinary staff, and other departments to provide optimal service and uphold the organization's positive reputation.* Report any malfunctions or repair needs affecting daily operations.* Organize and coordinate transportation of food and equipment to alternative serving sites.* Communicate with other departments to ensure continuous food availability throughout service.* Uphold policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and client expectations.* Log and maintain food temperatures to ensure safety standards.* Delegate tasks to staff and provide leadership during service.* Perform additional duties as needed to ensure smooth operations.Qualifications:* Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs.* 1 year of leadership experience in food service or similar setting.* Previous food service experience is required.* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks.* Strong personal hygiene and professional mannerisms.* ServSafe Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain).Apply to Levy today!Levy is a member of Compass Group USAClick here to Learn More about the Compass StoryCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
