What You'll Be Doing

• Install, terminate, and splice fiber optic cabling

• Perform fusion splicing and fiber repairs

• Test fiber using OTDR, Power Meter, and VFL equipment

• Install racks, patch panels, and fiber enclosures

• Read blueprints and construction drawings

• Troubleshoot fiber connectivity issues

• Maintain quality workmanship and job site safety

Preferred Experience

• 1+ years of commercial fiber installation

• Fusion splicing experience

• Familiarity with fiber testing equipment

• Structured cabling experience is a plus

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
