What You'll Do
Install, terminate, label, and test Cat5e, Cat6, and fiber optic cabling
Build organized MDF/IDF rooms and telecom closets
Read blueprints and coordinate installations with minimal supervision
Install cable pathways, supports, and rack systems
Test and certify copper and fiber cabling
Troubleshoot installation issues and maintain quality standards
Mentor junior technicians and help keep projects on schedule
What We're Looking For
2+ years of commercial structured cabling experience
Experience leading crews or serving as the go-to technician on projects
Strong copper termination skills with fiber experience preferred
Knowledge of TIA/EIA standards and structured cabling best practices
Experience using Fluke testers, OTDRs, or similar certification equipment
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
