Your Role
Lead structured cabling and fiber optic projects from kickoff to completion
Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables
Coordinate with clients, engineers, and field teams including Technicians (Level I III), Leads, and Foremen
Ensure installations meet EIA/TIA standards and industry best practices
Mentor and develop field teams, supporting career growth from entry-level Helpers to seasoned Technicians
What You Bring
5+ years of experience managing low-voltage or structured cabling projects
Strong understanding of fiber optics, Cat6 systems, and MDF/IDF environments
Experience with estimating, budgeting, and vendor coordination
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver s license and reliable transportation
