    Position Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Structural/MEP Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary construction projects across vertical and horizontal infrastructure, excluding bridge structures. The ideal candidate has a strong background in structural systems, mechanical/electrical/plumbing coordination, and construction management. This role is responsible for overall project planning, execution, delivery, and stakeholder coordination from pre-construction through project closeout.


    Key Responsibilities


    Project Management


    • Manage full project lifecycle for structural and MEP scopes on vertical (buildings, facilities) and horizontal (site development, utilities, civil works) construction projects.
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, cost controls, and risk management plans.
    • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure technical and contractual alignment.
    • Oversee procurement and material delivery for structural and MEP components.
    • Prepare and lead project meetings, progress reports, and documentation.


    Technical Oversight


    • Review structural and MEP drawings, specifications, submittals, and shop drawings for compliance and constructability.
    • Ensure field installation meets design intent, code requirements, and quality standards.
    • Identify and resolve design conflicts through RFIs, coordination meetings, and collaboration with design consultants.
    • Utilize BIM/3D coordination tools to manage clashes and optimize system integration.


    Preferred


    • Professional certifications PE
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.


    Work Environment

    • Combination of office and field work.
