Qualifications and responsibilities for this Structural Engineer position include:
Salary: $75,000–$150,000+ per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Medical, Dental & Vision (three plan options) with the company paying approximately 75% of medical premiums; 100% company-paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability; Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP); incentive compensation/bonus program; PTO begins accruing on day one with standard PTO starting at two weeks and negotiable, plus an additional 8 hours of PTO awarded annually; company pays for the PE exam and continuing education.
