We cover Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Marine, and Railroad Design. We support projects from concept through construction completion at existing and greenfield sites and are looking for skilled and adaptive people to join our growing team.About the Role The successful candidate will utilize their experience and expertise to provide solutions to a diverse clientele that includes multinational industry leaders. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include:Analysis and design of structural systems and componentsRead and interpret plans and specificationsDevelop and review plans, details, calculations, and specifications of structural systemsDirect technicians in preparing drawings, plans and construction documentationSite observations and inspection of construction projectsPrepare reports and oral presentations for internal and client useWork within multi‑disciplinary teams in varying rolesAbout You Bachelor's or Master's in Civil or Structural EngineeringFE certification required (or actively pursuing PE licensure)2+ years of experience in structural engineering and designProficiency in relevant structural engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, Robot Structural Analysis, RISA, Bluebeam, Navisworks, or similar)Ability to effectively communicate and interact respectfully with colleagues, supervisors, external stakeholders, and clientsKnowledge of discipline‑specific design tools, codes, and standardsAbility to travel (anticipated travel not to exceed 25%)Valid driver's license and clean driving recordWhat We Offer Annual base salary in the range of $65,000‑$90,000 per year depending on experience and qualificationsComprehensive benefits package including Health, Dental, Short‑Term Disability, Long‑Term Disability, Life Insurance, and 401(k) with a company matchPaid Time Off and holidaysProfessional development and growth opportunitiesCollaborative work environmentKrech Ojard & Associates is an Equal Opportunity Employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
