The team is looking for someone who can work with a solid degree of independence, take ownership of technical work, and support a broad range of structural projects.What You'll Be Doing:Perform structural engineering analysis, design, and system selection for a variety of projectsApply strong engineering judgment and code knowledge to develop practical, buildable solutionsUse structural analysis and design software to support engineering deliverablesSupport projects involving existing buildings, retail and commercial facilities, and other diverse structural scopesParticipate in project meetings and occasional site visitsCollaborate with internal engineering and design teamsCommunicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teamsWhat They're Looking For:PE license requiredBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related disciplineMinimum 8 years of experience, including relevant educationStrong structural engineering fundamentals and working knowledge of applicable building codesExperience using engineering software for structural analysis and designAbility to work independently and take ownership of technical workStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsPreferred BackgroundExperience with existing buildings , assessments, renovations, or adaptive-use projectsExperience with retail or commercial structural workBroad structural project exposure across multiple building typesHealthcare structural experience is a major plusInterest in long-term growth and advancement opportunitiesWhy This Role Stands OutHigh-impact role on a team with real hiring needStrong project variety rather than a narrow technical laneOpportunity to work on complex and diverse structural challengesLong-term growth potential within the groupRelocation assistance may be considered for the right candidateWork Setting: Primarily onsite, office-based with occasional site visits and project meetings#J-18808-Ljbffr
