Unified Talent Group is supporting the search for a Structural Engineer to support design and engineering efforts within a manufacturing organization focused on infrastructure-related products. This role is responsible for managing design projects, developing engineering solutions, and ensuring product designs meet customer specifications and production requirements.In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs, support project execution, and ensure accuracy from concept through production.Key Responsibilities Manage structural design projects from initial review through final deliverablesDevelop and review engineering designs, calculations, and technical drawingsInterpret project specifications and ensure designs meet customer requirementsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective to produceReview shop drawings and technical documentation for accuracy and qualityProvide technical guidance and support to customers and internal stakeholdersCollaborate with operations and estimating teams to support project planning and executionUtilize engineering software to develop and validate designsSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to design processes and standardsProvide occasional on-site support to assist with installation or project challengesTechnical Skills Strong knowledge of structural or civil design principlesExperience with engineering design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar toolsFamiliarity with structural analysis tools and calculationsUnderstanding of fabrication processes and manufacturing constraintsKnowledge of industry standards and engineering best practices preferredEducation & Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or related field)8+ years of experience in structural design or related engineering rolesExperience supporting projects in manufacturing, construction, or infrastructure environments preferredWhat's in it for you?
