We're looking for a creative individual to join our fast-paced entertainment team to work on national projects.This team designs a variety of structures that are temporary (concert stage roofs, mobile roofs, scaffold structures, outdoor event structures, aluminum truss structures) and permanent (theater rigging design, theme park structures, venue certification, bleacher design + inspection, entertainment venues).Our engineers crave knowledge and cultivate new skills designing diverse structures. We hire individuals that bring their best every day.Responsibilities Design and detail efficient structures that are code compliant, accurate and of high qualityAct as the Project Manager or Project Engineer on multiple projects that vary in size and complexity, with a focus on live events, theming, and other entertainment projectsDevelop strong client relationships and engage in business development practices to leverage those partnerships for ongoing project workManage project cost through effective planning and prioritizationQualifications 6+ years of structural engineering experience, demonstrating growth in project management experience; theme park and live event project experience is preferredBS in engineering, MS preferredBIM (Revit) experience a plusProven ability to manage successful project teamsStrong client relationship experience and the ability to manage complex projectsPE or SE licenseAbility to travel for site visitsBenefits Medical, dental and vision insurance, company paid life insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time offBonus eligibilityStock ownershipTraining + development budgetEducational and licensure financial assistanceFlexible work hours + hybrid or remote workProject and management responsibilities at all experience levelsNew employee mentoringDesign with the latest software and workstationRegular office social eventsWorking conditions and physical requirements This work is typically done within an office environment or home office with occasional field work at project and construction sites.
