This position provides the opportunity to gain valuable, hands-on experience along with an ideal path for one's career development and future professional licensure.Position OverviewWe are looking for an EIT with a background in structural engineering to join our team. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Phoenix, Arizona, requiring an in-office presence three to five days a week. Reporting directly to the Director of Corporate Engineering, this role will work closely with the engineering group and will also provide support to the sales, estimating, and production teams as required. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in structural analysis and engineering design principles for both gravity and lateral systems. Previous experience gained in an engineering setting such as participating in drafting responsibilities and the shop drawing review process is preferred but not required.
