  • Produce complete, coordinated, and constructible drawing packages for assigned scope
  • Apply department and client standards consistently and accurately
  • Take ownership of assigned scope from initial assignment through final issuance, including coordination, schedule, and quality control
  • Review models and documentation for completeness, quality, and standards compliance prior to formal QA/QC review
  • Coordinate directly with engineers and multidisciplinary teams to resolve design and documentation issues
  • Execute assigned work independently with minimal oversight
  • Lead defined scope areas or small project packages, including coordination and delivery through other designers
  • Support workload balancing, task coordination, and schedule management for small teams
  • Ensure quality and consistency across all contributed work within assigned scope
  • Participate in internal, cross-discipline, and external package reviews
  • Assist with coordination, BIM, clash detection, QA/QC, or related project support responsibilities
  • Participate in project meetings, contribute to problem-solving efforts, and support collaborative project delivery
  • Advance design automation capabilities and embrace emerging technologies
  • Contribute to a collaborative and safety-focused team culture

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Computer-Aided Drafting or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of drafting/design experience in the structural field
  • Minimum 3 years of Revit experience
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage assigned design scope and deliver quality work products

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years of structural drafting/design experience
  • 5+ years of Revit experience
  • Experience with SmartPlant and Tekla
  • Experience using Navisworks and Bluebeam
  • Experience designing traditional steel and concrete structures
  • Experience supporting industrial or advanced manufacturing facilities, preferably semiconductor-related projects
