Associate degree in Computer-Aided Drafting or equivalent
Minimum of 10 years drafting/design experience in the structural field
Minimum of 5 years Revit experience
Excellent interpersonal leadership skills and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
15 years of drafting/design experience in the structural field
8 years of Revit experience
Experience with SmartPlant and Tekla
Experience using Navisworks and Bluebeam
Experience designing traditional steel and concrete structures
Experience with general industrial facilities, preferably semiconductor-related

Responsibilities:
Position Summary: As a Senior Level Structural Designer, you will continue to apply your expertise as a key contributor to the design team, responsible for developing design concepts and producing 2D and 3D deliverables.
As part of this team; you will create and refine structural models with minimal direction, applying advanced software skills in an industrial context to support complex manufacturing environments including semiconductor fabrication and support facilities.
Your work will reflect a deep understanding of both departmental and client standards, with full ownership of your scope and accountability for quality. In addition to producing construction-ready documentation, you will be responsible for leading multi-contributor scope, structuring work, maintaining alignment, and ensuring coordinated delivery across contributors and disciplines. You are expected to provide leadership across areas, packages, or workstreams, ensuring that work produced by yourself and others is complete, coordinated, and ready for issue.
Duties & Responsibilities
Lead the development and coordination of 3D structural models across assigned scope
Produce complete, coordinated, and constructible drawing sets across assigned scope, including multi-contributor work
Ensure consistent application and enforcement of department and client standards across all models and documents
Take full ownership of assigned scope, area, or package, including coordination, schedule, and quality across all contributed work
Maintain accountability for quality, completeness, and constructability of deliverables, including work produced by others
Coordinate directly with engineers and related disciplines to resolve design, documentation, and constructability issues
Lead multi-contributor scope, structuring work, maintaining alignment, and delivering coordinated outcomes
Provide leadership across projects, areas, or workstreams, ensuring alignment, progress, and delivery across contributors
Structure work and coordinate contributors as required to maintain alignment, progress, and quality
Monitor progress, balance workloads, and maintain alignment across contributors to meet project deadlines
Act as a primary point of accountability for assigned areas or packages, ensuring work is complete, coordinated, and ready for issue
Enforce quality and standards compliance across all contributed work, preventing misalignment and rework
Own internal, cross-discipline, and external reviews, ensuring resolution, alignment, and readiness for issue
Lead coordination discussions, drive resolution of issues across contributors and disciplines, and ensure decisions are translated into aligned execution
Coordinate across disciplines to align design efforts and resolve conflicts across multi-contributor scope
Assess scope needs and constraints within assigned responsibility based on project requirements and schedule demands
Own and be accountable for roles such as Project Lead, BIM Lead, QA/QC Lead, Clash Lead, or equivalent across multi-contributor scope
Attend meetings, actively resolve concerns, and drive solutions across scope and team interfaces
Advance workflows, design automation, and emerging technologies to improve delivery and efficiency

You will be expected to work in the office at least two days per week
