Leading engineering firm is seeking a self-motivated team player with leadership experience to join their team! In this role, you will manage multiple projects, lead and mentor a team, support business development efforts, and develop client proposals.
- 10+ years of structural engineering experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE)
- Proven project management, business development and leadership skills
- Experience with computer software programs and analysis systems (RISA, AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- AHJ knowledgeS
