We are seeking a Structural (Bridge) Engineer – PE to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin. This role is ideal for an experienced bridge engineer with deep technical expertise in the design and rehabilitation of highway bridge structures, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record delivering complex transportation projects for DOT and municipal clients.
In this role, you'll provide technical leadership on a wide range of bridge infrastructure projects, including major bridge rehabilitation efforts, new bridge design, interstate structures, and complex transportation improvements. You'll serve as a senior technical resource and trusted advisor, helping guide project strategy, design quality, and delivery execution from concept through construction.
As an experienced Structural Bridge Engineer, you'll mentor junior staff and play a key role in advancing technical excellence across the bridge practice.
This position offers the opportunity to influence important transportation programs throughout Wisconsin while collaborating with Jacobs' national network of bridge and structural experts.

Posted Salary Range: Minimum $115,000.00 to Upper $150,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
