This role is part of the Lunar Permanence business unit, which develops Blue Origin's Blue Moon landers and related products. To further Blue Origin's mission of millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth, we are building sustainable infrastructure for our transport of crew and cargo from Earth to the lunar surface.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• B.S. in Mechanical, Aerospace, Civil/Structural Engineering, or related field (M.S. preferred).
• 7+ yearsof professional experience performing structural/stress analysis forspacecraft, launch vehicles, satellites, aircraft, or similarly rigorous flight hardware.
• Demonstrated ability tolead/own analysisfor a complex system through design phases and into qualification.
• Strong proficiency withFEM development and structural analysis methods, including boundary condition definition, load application, result interpretation, and model validation.
• Ability tooperate Hyper-Xand apply it effectively to deliver program-quality analysis outputs.
• Experience producingclear, review-ready technical documentation(stress reports, analysis memos, margin summaries) and presenting results at design reviews.
• Working knowledge ofspaceflight structural environmentsand verification approaches (analysis vs. test, correlation, uncertainty factors).

WA applicants is $121,023.00 - $169,432.20
