Vineyards Country Club is seeking an experienced and motivated Stretch Therapy Specialist (Independent Contractor) to deliver high-quality assisted stretching services within our Fitness & Wellness Center. This is a great opportunity for a skilled professional to grow their practice while working in a premier private club environment with an established member base.
Position Overview:
As a Stretch Specialist, you will work one-on-one with members to improve flexibility, mobility, and overall physical performance. Your role will focus on helping clients move better, recover faster, and reduce the risk of injury through customized assisted stretching sessions.
This independent contractor position offers the flexibility to manage your own schedule while building a loyal clientele within the Club.
What We’re Looking For:
- Hands-on assisted stretching experience required.
- Background in fitness, kinesiology, personal training, massage therapy, or related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, movement, and mobility techniques.
- Ability to assess client needs and tailor sessions accordingly.
- Current certifications/licenses relevant to the field.
- Professional liability insurance (or ability to obtain).
- A positive, energetic, and client-focused approach.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, effective, one-on-one assisted stretch sessions.
- Evaluate client mobility and develop customized stretch programs.
- Educate members on flexibility, recovery, and injury prevention.
- Create a welcoming, professional, and results-driven experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment/stretch area.
- Track client progress and maintain session notes.
- Collaborate with fitness staff to support overall member wellness.
Independent Contractor Structure:
- Operates as an independent contractor (not an employee).
- Manages own schedule, availability, and client bookings (within Club guidelines).
- Responsible for personal certifications, insurance, and taxes.
