Pay & Schedule:

• $35 per hour
• Sunday-Thursday from 8:00 pm to 4:00 am
• Weekly Pay

The Work:
This is a working lead role. You will drive, lead, and coordinate.

• Leadership & Operations
  • Lead and coordinate two night crews
  • Pre-plan routes and adjust in real time
  • Assigned drivers and follow truck rotations
  • Serve as the main point of contact during the shift
  • Ensure route are completed correctly and on time
• Driving & Equipment
  • Operate air or mechanical street sweepers
  • Step in where needed to keep operations moving
  • Ensure equipment readiness and cleanliness
  • Communicate breakdowns or issues early - no surprises
• Accountability & Standards
  • Ensure DVIRs, Service Fusion reports, and time entries are completed daily
  • Uphold safety, compliance, and company core values
  • Coach drivers in the field and escalate issues when needed

Requirements:

• CDL Class A or B
• Minimum 2+ years CDL driving experience
• Prior lead, trainer, or senior driver experience preferred
• Strong communicator and problem solver
• Comfortable leading crews at night
• Clean driving record
