Description
Citizens Bank is seeking a strategic professional to join our Consumer Banking Strategy group. This team sets the strategic agenda and direction for the Consumer Banking division and acts as a trusted advisor to Citizens' senior leadership. The Senior Strategy Consultant will be responsible for assisting in defining and developing actionable answers to high leverage business questions, defining success measures to track progress against the plan, supporting high-level execution of strategic initiatives, and bringing rigor and objectivity to strategic decisions. In addition, this role delves into industry trends and competitive analysis, synthesizes data into actionable insights, and develops executive level presentations.

The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $135,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
