About the job
The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) team ensures Google"s complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
In this high-impact strategic role, you will partner directly with Solutions, Platforms, and Large Accounts (SPLA), Product Strategy and Development (PSD), and regional sales leadership teams to accelerate revenue growth, scale product maturity, and future-proof the business. Acting as a critical thought partner to Regional Leadership, you will bring clarity to ambiguous, complex challenges, uncover data-driven insights, and capitalize on emerging regional product trends. You will bring a strong commercial orientation, bold, structured thinking, and a proven track record of influencing executive stakeholders to capture forward-looking market opportunities.
The Global Business Organization (GBO) is the engine that powers Google's full ecosystem of products and services to help customers and partners succeed and grow. GBO includes the commercial arms of Ads sellers, business development teams, and customer services and support, as well as overlay programs that enable coordinated engagement with Google"s most complex and important customers and partners.
Responsibilities
Partner with the PSD (Product, Solutions and Measurement) Organization Director and sales executives to architect regional business plans, design go-to-market strategies, and capture high-value growth opportunities.
Author long-term regional strategic plans, engineer next-generation operating models, and execute data-driven customer segmentation to scale product adoption and surpass revenue targets.
Advocate end-to-end sales launch and activation frameworks, orchestrating cross-functional initiatives and high-impact incentive models to accelerate GTM execution.
Establish and monitor critical GTM metrics and business priorities, transforming complex data insights into proactive, actionable recommendations for strategic course corrections.
