Now Hiring: Strategic Support Representative
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
This role provides customer support while coordinating services and maintaining accurate account information in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone/email and resolve service issues, including delays and missed pickups
- Monitor accounts for compliance, track shipments, apply ANSI codes, and coordinate with internal teams
- Maintain records, participate in meetings, and identify opportunities to improve service and processes
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent with strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently under pressure
- Proficient in computers, office software, and problem-solving
- Detail-oriented, team-focused, and committed to confidentiality
