The development program will offer valuable insight into manufacturing software techniques using AI and other tools to deliver product capabilities to the market.Responsibilities: Familiarize yourself with Siemens Product Lifecycle Management enterprise solutions in Manufacturing Planning and Simulation Help create a research and development environment. Assist in defining and developing agentic tools. Create Prompts for identified services that can feed into LLM. Showcase the results to management team and startups across the Manufacturing Planning and Simulation to drive the S/W roadmap. Qualifications/Characteristics: Be able to learn in a self-paced manner. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
