This role focuses on 2.5D/3D IC package simulation workflows, reliability analysis, and automation for next-generation packaging technologies.The intern will work closely with application engineers, product managers, and development teams to help build, test, validate, and document simulation workflows used in advanced electronic packaging applications.Key Responsibilities: Learn and apply Simcenter SimLab for package reliability and multiphysics simulation workflows. Support development and enhancement of workflows for 2.5D/3D IC package reliability analysis. Assist in testing and validating workflow performance and suggest improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create end-to-end tutorials, example models, and user documentation. Develop technical content including presentations, videos, and training materials. Support customer-oriented projects by assisting with testing and issue reproduction. Work with application engineers and development teams to validate new features and workflows. Contribute to technical marketing activities, demos, and live events.
