What You'll Do:Identify growth opportunities and potential expansion strategiesServe as the main point of contact (POC) for vertical commercial leads. Maintain direct and strategic liaison with internal commercial teamsOwn and drive the overall account development strategyConduct in-depth analysis of client needs, market trends, and competitive landscapeDevelop and implement tailored solutions that align with client objectivesAct as the primary interface between the organization and key client customersEnsure flawless communication and alignment across multiple business unitsTrack and report on vertical performance metrics; develop and maintain comprehensive account dashboardsProvide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insightsPlanning Manager for the assigned vertical will report into this role. The Planning team is responsible for the setup, planning and delivery of T4M programsWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)Minimum 7-10 years of experience in strategic account managementProven track record of developing and implementing sophisticated business strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem‑solving capabilitiesExperience and/or understanding of the M&E businessProficiency in English. The national range provided includes the base salary that Amex GBT expects to pay for the role.
