Strategic Sourcing Manager

West Shore Home operates in over 40 locations nationwide and is home to over 3,000 employees!Job Summary:The Category Manager supports the development and execution of strategic sourcing strategies for our direct material categories that drive value across the organization. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to support new product initiatives, improve supplier performance, and identify opportunities for cost savings and supply chain optimization.Key Role Accountabilities:

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned material categoriesLead supplier negotiations, RFPs, and contract executionBuild and manage strategic supplier relationships focused on quality, delivery, and cost performanceSupport new product launches and key sourcing initiativesMonitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and supply chain improvementsTrack supplier performance, sourcing analytics, and savings initiativesPartner cross-functionally to support operational goals and supply continuity

Role Requirements:

Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. The company does not and will not sponsor employment visas.3+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management experienceBachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related fieldStrong negotiation and supplier management skillsAbility to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teamsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to travel domestically up to 15% annually
