Strategic Sourcing Manager

Our client is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to join their team. As a Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will be part of the Procurement Department supporting Engineering and Go-To-Market Business Units. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong negotiation skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Atlanta, GA - Hybrid

What's the Job?
  • Manage end-to-end sourcing projects, including market research, RFP development, and vendor evaluation.
  • Maintain active engagement with suppliers to monitor performance and manage contractual obligations.
  • Drive operational excellence by streamlining procurement workflows using internal tools and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Legal, and Engineering to define sourcing requirements and ensure compliance.
  • Analyze spend data, market trends, and supplier performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
What's Needed?
  • At least 2 years of experience sourcing or buying professional services.
  • Familiarity with Statement of Work (SOW) documentation.
  • Ability to demonstrate core skills in data management, presentation, and effective communication.
  • Experience with procurement-related software tools.
  • Strong relationship management skills with suppliers and internal teams.
