The Strategic Partnerships Manager – Private Capital is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding high-value partnerships with institutional and strategic investors. This role drives capital-raising initiatives, supports fundraising campaigns, and fosters long-term collaborations aligned with the firm’s private capital strategies.
The role requires close coordination with investment teams, origination specialists, and senior leadership to identify new opportunities, deepen client relationships, and optimize partnership engagement.
Develop and manage relationships with institutional and strategic investors, including pension funds, endowments, foundations, and family offices
Drive capital-raising and partnership initiatives for private capital strategies
Collaborate with investment, origination, and business development teams to identify market trends and growth opportunities
Prepare and deliver investor presentations, proposals, and partnership materials
Track client engagement, capital commitments, and partnership performance to inform strategy
Support due diligence, onboarding, and reporting processes for strategic partners
Build and maintain CRM tools, dashboards, and reporting systems to monitor partnership activities
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on private capital market trends and partnership strategy
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
Strong understanding of private capital markets, institutional investors, and fundraising processes
Experience in business development, investor relations, or strategic partnership management (preferred but not required)
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize market insights into actionable strategies
